Contact your doctor, nurse, or healthcare provider for information about Meals on Wheels and to find out if you, or the person you are enquiring on behalf of, are eligible to use Meals on Wheels. Offers a variety of programmes including weekly exercise classes (SAYGO, Stretch & Breathe, Keep You Moving walking group - details below) and a monthly ‘Older Persons Seminar’ (65+) on the 4th Thursday of each month.
